I qualified as a social worker in 2009. Up until 2018 I worked in the LA as a Social Worker in Child Protection and then a Looked After children’s team, as well as in the Fostering Team, where I was responsible for supervising and assessing Connected carers and SGO carers. In 2018 I moved to NFG and was employed by Alliance Foster Care as a Supervising Social Worker.

In 2021 I started my new role as the Referrals Manager for the East Hub, which is responsible for matching the wonderful carers at Fostering Solutions Oundle with children and young people who are in need of a new home. I love to hear stories from the Agencies SSW’s about the children and young people we have placed and how they are thriving in their new home.

Away from work I love to spend time with my family going on day trips and holidays, when im at home I like walking our dog and watching movies with my 2 children
