I have been a Social Worker since 2016 and worked within fostering for 8 years before being appointed as an Operations Manager within Fostering Solutions Northwest. I work closely with the team managers and support the wider team. I also work closely with the registered manager to help develop the service within Fostering Solutions Northwest. I would describe myself as family oriented, I am approachable and look forward to meeting foster families and the children we care for. My motivation comes from knowing the support we provide to our foster families only further enhances the “Outstanding” outcomes for the children we care for.
