Hello I am Cat and I am the Advanced Practitioner.  I have been a Social Worker since 2013. I initially started at the National Fostering Group in 2018 as a Supervising Social Worker. I relocated home to Kent in 2020 and joined the Heath Farm team. Prior to this I worked as a local authority social worker in Child Protection and Court Team for 6 years.

My role at Heath Farm consists of: completing Form F assessments and Transfer Carer assessments, supervising a small caseload of foster carers, supporting the management team and supervising some staff.
