Hello I am Jody, the Referrals Team Manager at Heath Farm Fostering, where I lead a small team that covers three fostering agencies and our family assessment centre.  I have been working full-time with Heath Farm for over five years and am about to begin a degree in Social Work. Our main role is to match children’s referrals to you and your family home that have been sent in from Local Authorities. We will support and guide you and work directly with your Supervising Social Worker throughout the placing process.
