My role at Heath Farm covers 2 departments, Clinical Support and Foster Carer training.   I work closely with the Heath Farm therapy team giving admin support to help find the best therapist possible for any of our young people who need the support of a psychotherapist.  I also work with the foster carers, ensuring they keep up to date with their mandatory training as well as setting up bespoke training for them. As a therapeutic fostering agency we offer an enhanced training programme to support them in developing their skills to be able to continue positive care and safeguarding of the children.
