Hi, my name is Lucy, and I am the Youth Participation Support worker at Heath Farm. Let me tell you how my role will impact you and your young people. I organise events every school holiday for all our families to attend as well as birth children’s events, these could include proms/summer extravaganzas, trampolining etc.  I may visit your young people and complete direct work with them. I am here to help get your young people’s voices heard.

I believe that no matter your age, ability you should be able to get your voice heard. Other things I do are I create welcome boxes for all our newly placed young people, run a youth group, offer the Duke of Edinburgh award, offer subject based training to all our young people, send birthday cards, create a newsletter with pictures from events and celebrating your young people’s achievements and lots more. I look forward to meeting you all soon.
