I recently joined the National Fostering Group in January this year as an Area Manager based at Jay Fostering.  Previously I have worked in Family Health Clubs for 15 years as a General Manager.  Within my role as General Manager, I was the Designated Safeguarding Lead and played as active part in improving of the wellness of  young people visiting the clubs.  In my short time with the company, I have met so many wonderful Carers and been so touched by the impact they have on the young peoples lives in their care.
