Hi my name is Kelly, I’m one of the Carer Recruitment officers at NFA Midlands. I have work here for just over 6 years, prior to this I worked within social care for over 15 years, working with a mixed age range of people. I really enjoy helping people, and I enjoy listening and learning about people. I really love my job, recruitment is at start of someone’s journey into fostering, and I am privileged to be a part of that.
