Heather is one of our Advanced Practitioners, as well as supporting our foster carers, she also works closely in the management team to support Supervising Social Workers, and the operation of the agency.

Heather has a MA in Social Work from the London South Bank University as well as a BA in Early Childhood Studies. Heather also has qualifications in Makaton sign language and is passionate about branching our foster carers out to support children with disabilities and additional needs. Prior to working in fostering, Heather has worked with children and families mainly in the disability field for over 10 years, and is passionate to keep expanding her knowledge and support around this field. Heather supports the West London team and is based in the Uxbridge office.
