Experience in social work since 2012 and dedicated to fostering since 2015—I bring both passion and expertise to my role as Agency Manager at NFALS. Leading a dedicated team of social workers, team support staff, and recruitment officers, I am committed to developing professionals and ensuring a high-quality fostering service.

My background in frontline child protection, safeguarding, and assessments has shaped my ability to make sound decisions under pressure while prioritising the best outcomes for children and families. I have a strong track record in performance management, team development, and regulatory compliance, having played an integral role in preparing for our agency’s first Ofsted inspection in 2023. I am also responsible for overseeing our well-established Mockingbird project, further reinforcing our commitment to best practices in fostering.

Beyond leadership, I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Ensuring our carers and staff feel supported—both emotionally and professionally—is a priority for me, particularly when facing complex challenges.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family.
