Hi everyone I’m Grace, I joined the NFA in 2024 as a Family Support Worker and am loving it! I have a degree in Psychology with Early Childhood Studies. I’ve worked in many supporting roles from community care work, to childminding. I travelled a lot between 2014 & 2019 working a variety of jobs including farm work in Australia, teaching kindergarten kids in New Zealand and even Animal Aid volunteering in India. When I moved to Wales I joined a high school working as a Teaching Assistant with my own Wellbeing department. I was able to carry out 1:1 THRIVE sessions developing social and emotional skills of children based on principles from neuroscience, attachment theory and child development.
