I joined NFA in 2021 as an Advanced Practitioner. Prior to this I have worked with a number of different Local authorities and companies and this includes 11 years working with fostering services. I really enjoy working with young people, their families and foster carers and having the opportunity to support young people to thrive and make progress. It’s a privilege to be able to support foster carers and young people to develop together and to see the positive outcomes that young people can achieve when nurtured within fostering families. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the carers and young people at NFA and the challenges and rewards this will bring.
