My name is Ade Omilaju. My interest has been in working with children and I have worked with children in various settings. Prior to studying social work , I worked with children in residential homes. Following my social work training,  I worked on Child Protection cases and with Looked After children.  I later developed interest in Fostering and I have passion in working with foster  carers to support them in meeting the needs of the children in their care. I have enjoyed my role as a  Manager in fostering teams for over 20 years.  I have been working with NFA since 2020 in the position of a Team Manager and I have great satisfaction with my work and the positive impact I have made in the lives of others.
