I am the Practice Manager for NFA-Midlands.  I have worked in the Independent Fostering sector for 20 years, and have undertaken various including, including Administrator, Placements Manager, Supervising Social Worker, Assessment Manager and Registered Manager.

As part of my role, alongside the Registered Manager, I work with our Supervising Social Workers to ensure our young people are safe and our carers are receiving the right support to enable them to provide a nurturing environment for the young people in their care.

My role is very rewarding, and I feel very fortunate to work with our amazing young people, foster carers and staff

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my two Shih Tzu dogs called Edna and Stu and travelling.
