My name is Arianne, I am a supervising social worker with NFA London South. My prior experience has been working in child protection and a safeguarding lead on a CAMHs ward. I have always been passionate about working with children's and families to help support their needs and strive for the best outcomes. Since joining NFA in 2023, I have enjoyed the fostering role, working with carers and YP and found this to be extremely rewarding
