Hi, my name is Carley and I have recently joined National Fostering Agency within Outcomes First Group as a Carer Recruitment Officer based in the Cardiff Office.

My background consists mainly of recruitment, my favourite being within Healthcare. I am also currently a domiciliary carer working out in the community with the elderly, those with challenging behaviours, dementia and assisted living etc.

I am privileged to have joined NFA to gain the experience and understanding of what impact and previous life skills I can bring to the role to assist the lives of children requiring foster care.
