Hi, im Clair and have been a Carer Recruitment Officer at the National Fostering Agency Midlands for 9 years and have around 18 years experience in the social care sector.  Even after all this time, I am still amazed by individuals and families who foster and support our most vulnerable children and believe it to be one of the most selfless things somebody can offer.  To improve the life of a child or young person is simply the most wonderful thing you can do and all of our Foster Carers and those considering fostering should be proud of themselves.
