I am a Team Manager for NFA Midlands. I joined the agency in October 2021. I thoroughly enjoy my role and being part of a great team who are incredibly supportive of each other. Prior to joining NFA Midlands I worked for a Local Authority for 12 years in different social work teams where I gained experience of frontline social work including child protection, child in need, children in care and fostering. I am passionate about fostering and achieving best outcomes for the children placed in our care. I am regularly humbled by the care provided by our foster carers which enables our young people to thrive and achieve. When I’m not at work I enjoy relaxing at home, seeing friends and spending time with family walking our dogs together and going on bike rides.
