Hi I am Deb Levy a Carer Recruitment Officer for NFA Midlands. I have worked in the Fostering industry for 7 years and prior to this worked in Commercial Recruitment and Welfare to Work supporting young people in NEET and various projects which lead me to qualify as Tutor and achieve a Cert Ed.  Working in the industry of Fostering is more than a job it is rewarding and a life changing experience for all involved. Finding foster carers goes far beyond finding a home it is finding people that can have a positive impact and change lives by provide a successful future for a child or young person in need and I am proud to be apart of that.
