Hi, I’m Ffion and I have worked for NFA Wales as part of the admin team since September 2022.  My role mostly consists of ensuring all carers checks and documents that they require to foster are kept up to date. We often have events held in the office and get to meet our carers and children which is always a lovely experience. Working at NFA I have learnt more about social work and gotten to understand some of what our supervising social workers do to help children that need it, this is now a career I would love to explore in the future!
