I started my job role as a Team Support worker in 2017. My job role as a support worker is to build great relationships with our young people and support them with whatever their needs may be. I also help with all the events that we do for children and foster carers. My role as a support worker really enables me to get to know all our families and I really enjoy being available to support wherever I can.
