I joined the team in 2016, having previously worked in Local Authorities in many different roles. My role at NFA continues to grow and change, to make sure we are offering our carers, children and young people, staff and potential applicants all the support and tools they need to do this wonderful, challenging and rewarding role. I really enjoy going out to potential applicants to undertake initial visits and to introduce the agency and how we can all work together as a team to make a difference!
