I’m Pam, and I have the pleasure of being the carer recruitment officer at NFA Scotland. My role is to attract, guide and support new fostering carers and ensure they are welcomed into our fostering family.

I am often the first person you will meet and speak with in our agency and always happy to answer your questions, no matter how difficult they maybe.

I have a great knowledge in fostering, both the highs and more difficult times and I’m always there to support our applicants.
