I qualified as a social worker in 2007 and have worked across all sectors of childrens services from local authority to charities until I found my passion in supporting foster carers and their families over 10 years ago.

I've held different roles in this time including being a supervising social worker, then as a creative care solutions practitioner where I managed and implemented nationwide bespoke care packages, including Invictus and Bridge to foster projects. Since March 2023, I was seconded to NFA London as a Team Manager and now it is time to come closer to home.
