Saima qualified with a Masters in Social Work from University of Sussex. She went on to employment where she passed her ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment) and continued her career in Children and Families Social Work with Brighton and Hove Council. Saima later began her career working as a Supervising Social Worker at National Fostering Agency. Saima joined the agency in December 2022.

 Saima has experience in front line safeguarding, child protection, assessment and fostering.
