I am Sara and joined National Fostering Agency Midlands in March 2022 as Advanced Practitioner and have since progressed to the role of Team Manager.  I have previously worked as Senior Social Worker at Bath and North East Somerset in their Family Placement Team.  Prior to that I worked at South Gloucestershire council in their Through Care Team and Looked After Team.  I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years and have enjoyed a variety of experiences along the way.
