My name is Sara and I am the Registered Manager for the NFA Midlands region. I have worked in the fostering sector for over 25 years. It has been a privilege to work with many inspiring foster families over the years and see so many make such a difference to children and young people’s lives. I am proud that we have such a committed and talented team in our region. My role is to ensure that we operate within the regulatory and statutory requirements as an independent fostering agency. Most of all I am responsible for keeping children safe and I am ambitious for all our young people, promoting their care, nurture and positive outcomes in their lives. My favourite days are our family activities, they are so much fun and opportunities for me to be reminded of why working in fostering is so rewarding.
