Find out if you could be a foster carer
In a few simple questions, you’ll know if you’re suitable to apply to become a foster carer.
‘Foster Care Fortnight’ is The Fostering Network’s annual campaign to raise awareness of fostering, and to celebrate how powerful fostering can be in creating positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people in the UK.
As the largest independent fostering group, we at National Fostering Group (NFG) are proud to be supporting the campaign by inviting you to join our online adventure! We’ll be travelling across the UK in our helicopter, beautifully designed by one of our children, and visiting the homes of some of our very own foster carers as they share their unique fostering adventures, highlighting the positive outcomes they’ve helped the young people in their care achieve. The final stop on our adventure is Our Home a free, online fostering event.
On our travels we’ll hear from Jenny in Northern Ireland, Harry in Scotland, Tariq in England, plus many more with the chance to meet some of the carers at Our Home…
We have a full line up of free, live, events and activities for you to gain information, ask questions and find out more about fostering.
Find out what the day in the life of a foster carer is like, meet a former looked after child, get an insight into being part of National Fostering Group and more….
