Denise is now a Senior Practitioner, and so as well as her other roles, is responsible for supervising SSWs, chairing annual reviews and supporting the RM and other managers in their work
Denise has an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling from London’s Goldsmiths University and is BACP registered; she offers an in-house Counselling Service to all our Foster Carers – allowing Carers to discuss any personal issues that they may be experiencing in complete confidence – and outside of their usual Supervision meetings. Her experience has stretched across Local Authority family centres, Special-school teams and Children & Family teams.
