After qualifying as a teacher of Modern Foreign Languages in 2004, I taught at a number of secondary schools in Kent, before moving to Higher Education where I worked for many years, supporting University applicants and students, and developing strategic internal and external relationships for the institution.

At Next Step Fostering my role is to advise prospective foster carers from their first enquiry and throughout each stage of our assessment process, offering guidance and support to ensure that we provide the best service possible to all our carers.
