My name is Fidelia, and I am a qualified social worker with over 19 years of working with children and their families.  I have worked across different Local Authorities in the Safeguarding and Child Protection teams. My work experience includes working with the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking children, assessing their needs/safeguarding and managing expectations. Prior to qualifying, I had 6 years’ experience of working with adults with mental health difficulties. I joined Next Step Fostering January 2024 as a supervising social worker, and I am based at Faversham Office.
