Funmi qualified with a BA (Hons) in Social Work in 2009.  Prior to being qualified as a Social Worker, Funmi worked in Special Needs Housing with Adults with Mental Health and Learning/physical Disabilities. Funmi then progressed to work across a range of different sectors within with various Local Authorities in the Safeguarding Team i.e. Children Looked After, Child Protection, Children and Adult with Disabilities.  Funmi started Next Step Fostering in August 2021 and is based at our Croydon Branch.
