Tariro qualified from Birmingham City University in 2019 where she obtained her BA (Hons) in Social Work. She went on to employment where she passed her ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment) and continued her career in Children and Young people Social Work with a Local Authority. Tariro later began her career working as a Supervising Social Worker at an Independent Fostering Agency before starting at Next Step Fostering.

Tariro has experience in front line safeguarding, child protection, referrals, assessment and fostering.

Tariro is based in our Thames Valley area.
