I started at Next Step in August 2008 as an administrator, at the time it was a fairly small office with the Head Office being in Faversham.  As the Office grew so did the Staff and I was appointed Senior Administrator about six years ago.  I have worked in some form of administration all my working life (some 45 years +) and would probably say that working for a Fostering Agency has been the most diverse.
