Supporting the registered manager in the day to day running of Pathway Care South West. Supporting and working with foster carers, children and young people. Supporting Recruitment of appropriate foster carers. Taking the lead on Participation in the region. Supporting the Co-ordinating and running of support groups for foster carers. Planning and co-ordinating events for foster carers and children and young people.
I have worked at Pathway care for 13 years.
I work to support carers and families in Parent and Child placements, do direct work with children and help to run the Participation group in the Bristol office.
I’m lucky enough to organise the activities and days out for our young people and families.
