Michelle is a qualified social worker with over 20 years’ experience of working within several Local Authority Children & Families Teams, as well as Fostering and Adoption Teams. She joined Ryancare in 2020, as a supervising social worker and appreciates the ‘family feel’ that the Agency has. ‘Although we’re a small team, what we might lack in size, we make up for with our dynamic workforce, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for the young people and Foster Carers with whom we work’.
