I have over twenty years as a social worker and have been the Senior Practitioner at Ryancare for 3 years now, where I manage a caseload as well as provide management support and cover when necessary.  Prior to this role, I worked as a manager of a fostering team for different local authorities.  I have also been an independent Form F assessor for many years and have a background in child protection and community work.
