Hi I’m Kole. My career in a Safeguarding Team for Liverpool City Council, where I gained a wealth of experience. I began working for Fostering Solutions in 2014. I became an Operations Manager for the Merseyside Team and supported with developing the region and introducing additional support for Foster Carers and Children and Young People. I then came to Sunflower Fostering in 2021.

The most rewarding part of my job is meeting new people and witnessing children and young people develop. Equally, I enjoy witnessing Foster Carers develop and flourish within a team. I find it a pleasure to work alongside people who make a huge difference to children and young people’s lives.
