I am one of the Supervising Social Workers working for Fostering Relations covering a broad area ranging from Fife to Glasgow.  I support carers through guidance, supervision, and reflection to improve their knowledge skills and understanding of child trauma, positive reinforcement, and attachment theory.  Which in turn allows them to provide children a stable family home and helps them develop their levels of confidence self-esteem and educational attainment.   I have been in this role for the last two and a half years and consider this role to be very rewarding and challenging.  I look forward to meeting you at one of our events in the future.
