Safer Internet Day 2019 will be celebrated globally with the theme: Together for a better internet.
Lots of age specific advice on the steps you can take to keep children as safe as possible can be found on internetmatters

a Newsround special programme all about staying safe on the internet.
The show, which is voiced by David Tennant, tells the story of a girl called Lost Princess, who gets into danger after meeting someone in a chatroom. It
also has lots of tips on how to be safe, and case studies of children with real-life experiences of how things can go wrong.
Younger children might enjoy reading Buddy the Dog’s Internet Safety story focussing on the safe use of smartphones and tablets.
