Who are Jay Fostering?

Jay Fostering values diversity and implements a stringent equal opportunities policy, whereby we welcome applications to foster from people who come from many cultural backgrounds. We are immensely proud of the work we have done and continue to do, towards changing young lives for the better.

We are looking for patient, understanding and highly motivated individuals and couples who can offer the type of close-knit family environment that instils a sense of belonging and identity in a child, as well as being able to provide them with the opportunity to achieve all they want out of life.

Our team works effectively with local authorities and foster carers in the region to provide high-quality foster homes for children needing safe and loving homes.

Depending on suitability, you could be considered for a various types of foster care or specialise in a certain area, like unaccompanied asylum seekers, parent & child, teenagers, children with disabilities, and babies. If you’re interested in becoming a Jay Fostering foster carer, please get in touch with us today.

About Jay Fostering

The reasons why children are looked after by foster carers vary enormously. Each child or young person’s circumstances are unique. By providing a safe and caring family environment, foster carers can help children and young people overcome challenges brought about by past adversity.

From the moment you enquire about becoming a foster carer with us, we are with you every step of the way. We also support our children and young people by running various events and activities for foster children and the birth children of our foster carers, with a real sense of community togetherness underpinning all that we do.

We offer our dedicated foster carers an excellent support package to make sure they feel empowered to become an expert foster carer. We will equip you with everything you need to do a great job. With Jay Fostering, you will be able to offer children and young people in your care the best opportunities for living the life they deserve, and prepare them for a happy and independent adulthood.

Our foster carers receive exceptional training and support to make the role a genuinely rewarding experience for you and your family, and equally positive for the child in your care.

As a Jay Fostering carer, you are also eligible for a host of perks and benefits, like free membership to The Fostering Network, Max Cards, high street discounts, invitations to family activities and events, and much more.
