I am the Referrals Team Manager and I have worked here since February 2021.

Within the group, I worked as a Referral Team Administrator then Referral Coordinator. Previous to that, I worked with children from disadvantaged backgrounds for 8 years for Children Education and Sports Charities. I have worked with children throughout my adult life, working for education charities and as an Au Pair.

My favourite part of this team is seeing all the amazing work that the team does and the children that we are able to support. I love seeing the passion from across the board. I love that I get to speak to carers and Social Workers on a daily basis as they inspire me so much. The work they do is amazing and I love knowing that we are helping young people feel safer and more secure.
