I have worked at Brighter Futures since December 2018. My job role involves recruiting new foster carers to the agency as well as engaging with our current foster carers and ensuring that they feel happy and supported at Brighter Futures. I plan and hold various events throughout the year and attend support groups.

Prior to working at Brighter Futures, I was a School Attendance Officer working at a secondary school and eight primary schools. I found the role quite negative and wanted to move into something more rewarding, which I feel strongly that I have done.
